Payment Policy
This payment policy applies to orders placed at savolira.com, the online store of Chino Valley AZ Aberdeen Cattle.
Accepted payment methods
The methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. You may use PayPal when it is offered at checkout. Card payments or guest checkout through PayPal, if available, depend on PayPal's eligibility rules. If checkout reports that payments are unavailable, contact us before placing an order. Do not send payment outside checkout.
Currency, shipping and taxes
Product prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Our published US shipping rate is US$5.10 per order. Review the final total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, at checkout before confirming payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges when you pay using a different currency.
Payment confirmation
Your order requires successful payment confirmation. If a payment is declined, follow the instructions from your payment provider. If you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, check your confirmation and contact us before submitting another payment.
Payment security
Complete payment only through the options displayed in our checkout. Never send your full card number, card security code, PayPal password or verification code to us by email.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order, in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy. Refund submission takes up to one business day after approval; your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear in your account. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees
Orders ship from Vietnam to the customer's US delivery address. The customer is responsible for any import duties, import taxes and customs clearance or carrier brokerage fees charged on the shipment. These charges are not included in product prices or the US$5.10 shipping fee and are not collected by us at checkout. If applicable, the customs authority or carrier will collect them separately. The amount depends on the shipment and the applicable customs rules; please check with your local customs authority before ordering. Any applicable sales tax collected at checkout is shown separately and does not mean import charges have been prepaid.
This does not change our Returns and Refunds Policy: the store pays 100% of approved return shipping costs.
